If you’ve never heard of wattpad (and forgive me if I’m talking to the initiated), it’s a FREE social media website where writers can download their work chapter by chapter. Readers (called followers…) can dip in and out of the books (also for free) either on computers, phones, ipad etc…
The site is for 13+ age group, which is a bit of a problem for writers such as myself, who tend to write for a younger group… However – The readers on wattpad will one day, if not already, be buying books for younger children…
And it’s a great place to put out stories that a traditional publisher might not give a second glance – So having said all that -At the top of the page is the cover of MUDDLES & MAYHEM. A book of children’s poems and rhyming tales…that I’ve had stashed away on my computer for ever. They work brilliantly read out loud… The book is completed and FREE to read… So,why not take a look?
